About the texting estimate: the $5–20 a month figure is an estimate for a small business, not a quote. The provider bills you for the number and each message at its own published rates, so a business that misses more calls pays more. We go through the current rates with you on the demo.

What are the texting costs on Own it?
You pay the texting provider directly for the phone number and messages, at their rates. For a small shop that's an estimated $5–20 a month, depending on how many calls you miss. It's billed by the provider, not by Oplari AI. We show you the provider's current rates on the demo.
Is there a contract?
No. Own it is a one-time payment. Done for you is month to month: cancel any time.
When do I pay?
Only after your setup is built and tested on your own line. The demo is free and needs no card.
What counts as a change?
Anything after setup, like new questions, new wording or a new service area. On Own it, changes are $50 each, only if you want one. On Done for you, changes are included.
Do Google review requests cost extra?
On Own it, review requests are an optional +$99 one-time add-on. On Done for you, they're included.
Can I switch plans later?
