Privacy note

Last updated: November 2, 2026. Plain-language summary. This note is a draft pending legal review.

What we collect

Only what you type into the forms on this page: business name, your name, email, phone (optional), trade, best time, your message, and, for the info request, your consent to receive emails. We also keep the date and time you sent it. To stop spam we store a scrambled, daily-changing code made from your network address, never the address itself.

The savings calculator runs only in your browser. Nothing you type into it is sent to us.

How we use it

Only to reply to your request: booking your demo, or sending you the information you asked for. We don't sell or share your details, and we don't add you to anyone else's list.

Emails and unsubscribing

If you ask for information, we'll email you about our missed-call text-back service. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honour it right away, in line with anti-spam laws such as Canada's CASL and the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and forwarded to our business inbox so we can reply. We keep them only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them on request.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what you sent us, or to unsubscribe, reply to any email from us or send a note through the form on our home page.
